in fact, I love when the game is this open, I have more fun personally
I suspected this, already uninstalled. Thank god it was on gamepass, not being able to refund after 5-6 hours on steam.
Japes aside the semi open levels here are nothing compared to the mindless collectathon shoved into each ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ title where you do it to clear the map of a bunch of useless markers.
Lol, I got 99% completion in Chapter 6 because I forgot to complete a challenge (?). The Slayer will eventually return to complete it 100%.
On the OP's topic, I enjoyed the semi-open-world formula. As @UNBREAKABLE mentioned, TDA is still very linear in terms of gameplay. Semi-open environments are visually appealing and artistically valuable in TDA, so I like to traverse and explore them.
