art book and soundtrack

i thought for some reason that the art book and ost would unlock once i beat the game but it's nowhere to be seen, i have the divinity skins and even played early but no ost or art book

Navigate to your library and use the "Games" dropdown menu to select "Tools". That's where you'll find both.
