I found in some rare cases after charging the heart using all 3 levers/switches, that the door just won't open at all. I went around the entire map, no enemies, nothing left to do since I already did everything, and the door just won't open at all, forcing you to redo the section all over again.

After resetting, the game then wiped ALL my challenge progress (for this chapter, including everything I had BEFORE the checkpoint/bug). Id, fix your game.

Same issue here. So I have to re do the chapter all over again?!?! Please no.

I'm also having this issue did fully restarting the level get the door to open?

Restarting the chapter from the beginning did get the gate to open. I would recommend that people skip all the secrets and make sure the gate opens before they go and collect everything so that you won't have to waste the time collecting everything twice.

No, just the checkpoint for that section.

As Leridi recommended, make sure the door opens first, then collect everything.

I suspect it may have to do with spending too much time before activating the door opening trigger or something similar. Hoping this gets addressed in a future patch, as it makes it a bit more tedious to get 100% on that level

Yeah. I just quit to main menu, then went back in and redid all 3 switches. Make sure you go to the door first thing after the final switch, then you should be good to collect everything. Hope you get the chapter complete without any other issues, and good luck

This is so stupid it’s such a dumb thing to overlook I went all over the map and got everything and had to restart
