Those are not fantastic either, but Doom is not a major franchise to PC players anymore and this sort of game has become a bit niche. Doom 2016 only had slight better peaks, eternal had a better initial peak but still not a huge peak for a AAA game release by any means and that peak died incredibly quickly.
Because the IDTech8 engine is designed specifically with current generation consoles in mind Microsoft are going to be more interested in how the game does on console anyway.
I'm not sure there is anyway to directly get an figures about how many people are playing on gamepass. Microsoft will know but any claim made here about it is just speculation really.
