Steam Deck Intro Crash

I understand that the Steam Deck is not officially supported and is not at all an intended platform to run the game, however, I think it would still be very nice to have the option to play this on the go. With that said, whenever I attempt to play the game I begin the opening cutscene and shortly after it begins, I get a black screen. I have already updated the Steam OS, I've tried different versions of Proton, and I've even redownloaded the game. Still no dice though.

Ignore him, there is a lot of toxic people surrounding this game, unfortunately.
As for the Deck, I am having the same issue even though others seem to run it just fine. I could swear it has something to do with people AMD drivers not being the same. Either it needs to be up to date or back a driver or two. There is no consistent information on this for the Steam Deck or Linux desktop. I'd say just to wait it out for now, sadly.
