Same FPS no matter what settings.

My game is running at 58-65 FPS no matter what settings I use. Low, Ultra-Nightmare, it runs the same. It just doesn't seem right...

AMD 7700 XT, Intel i7-10700, 32 GB RAM

EDIT: It also seems to be only using 50% GPU utilization

Same for me, I get a little bump going to Low, but not much. Low: 100 fps, Ultra Nightmare 90 fps

what res? you have a bottleneck if at 1080p or 1440p

I'm at 1440p. 1080p runs better but still. Having Low and Ultra-Nightmare run at identical framerates is very strange.

Same thing, the difference between ultra and medium settings is only about 15-20 FPS. Apparently, we are waiting for the patch.

Same here. All settings give me 62 FPS on 4080 (4K) with or without OBS running.
Only ultra setting drop my FPS to like 48.
DLSS doesn't change a thing.
Dynamic resolution doesn't change a thing.
Not sure what's the deal here.

That's probably because of the forced RT which is very resource intensive. The only way to get fps boost is changing resolution with upscaling.

Had the same issue and I finally fixed it on my end and I feel very stupid.
Make sure your GPU is using a PCIe x16 slot if your mobo has one, NOT a PCIe x1.

Getting 80-100 on the first level where I used to always struggle at 40-50 now that I'm using the right PCIe
