"Extra Life Mode" plz !!

It's still kinddd of in the game as Pandemonium, but I don't really think it's a proper substitution since it forces you to restart the chapter after a death and (I'm just assuming it works like in the base game, haven't tried the mode yet) you can't stack more than 3 lives.
