Unable to turn on multi-frame gen 3x or 4x

I noticed my FPS wasnt changing at all with MFG 3x or 4x, I then verified with DLSS swapper that the game was only allowing UP TO 2x frame gen, but not 3x or 4x regardless of the settings saying it was enabled. Any one else with this issue?

fixed, had to remove the frame gen override in NVapp

I am having same issue! 3x and 4x not working only if forcing override in driver. But even with DLSS settings to "Application controlled" its not working? It also appears that ingame VSYNC only works whne FG is disabled? When enabling FG the fps is 130-140ish on a 120hz. But disabled and vsync on the fps is 116. This is even with REFLEX OFF?! Whats going on?
