Constantly freezes
Like just locks up, alt-tab out and hard crash it.
i7 14k 4060 TI, getting between 70-90 frames

That literally doesn't matter. Neither does updating GPU drivers.

hard crashes are hardware problems 99.9% of the time

I rolled back my Nvidia drivers to my most recent driver before 576.40 (in my case, 576.28) and the freezes stopped.

I did the same and it fixed it.

99% of the time, if other more demanding games dont crash it, it is not in fact a hardware issue lol. If I can max out star cit, or games on UE5 but doom was freezing on medium settings with temps and process loads well in acceptable percentages, its something in the background causing compat issues, or drivers. Low and behold rolling back my nvidia fixed it.
