Premium Edition artbook & soundtrack missing

hey guys, i loaded up the game when the preload for premium was available, launched the game when it came out, and the artbook & soundtrack hasnt popped up in game yet. the void skin and divinity skin appeared for me. my library says the premium upgrade dlc is installed, am i just stupid or is it actually just not there?

It's in your library. Hit the drop down arrow at the top of your games list on the left of your library and filter "Tools". Then type Doom into your search bar. it's a separate download that runs as its own application.

you have to check the tools section in steam it will show up there from what i've heard

I see it as described, Thanks. Those that don't - are you maybe filtering installed only? Show all and see if it pops.
