I largely sympathize with the notion and underlying logic of "no pre-orders." To wit I have created my own pre-order rule: I never pre-order *at full price*

Doomy Ternal was offering a "we pay the sales tax" pre-order discount when it first came out, I'm interested in seeing if they repeat that for Dark Ages
