Fix for Graphics and Controller issues!!!

Graphics Issue
(Cannot raise resolution over 1024*768)
Fix: navigate to install directory - c:\Prog...(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cars2
Locate the "spec.cfg" file and delete it.
Locate the "Game-Cars.exe" file, right click and properties. Go to compatibility tab and enable the Windows 7 compatibility mode (first checkbox).
Apply-OK and Start the Game, go to options and raise the resolution up to 1080p!!! No Black Screens anymore plus better graphics!!!

Xbox Controller issue
(Trigger action is switched with X or A key)
Fix: navigate to save directory - C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Disney...\Cars2
Locate the "keymap.ini" file and open it with notepad, change the controller configuration layout (last line) from 2 to 1 and save the file. Start the game and the trigger will be operative again...

The paths above are the default paths.
Normally the save directory cannot be changed but the installation folder can...

So navigate to the appropriate folders you chose to install the game...

i do this for graphics issue but i still got black screen

Be sure to select the same in-game resolution as your desktop.
Works fine with mobile Intel HD3000/HD4000/HD620/HD630.
Also works at my gaming pc (R7 with RX6700XT).

Saving hasn't anything to do with these tweaks...Normally you should be able to save your progress manual or automatic and load the latest save every time you start the game.
Maybe you disabled auto-save from options-settings?

Is there a way to see Xbox buttons? I don't like see numbers which I have to press something random and see what happens. For Example "6" which on Xbox it's the Right Trigger.
