Cars 2
Next race, black screen, crash
After I press next my screen goes black and I gotta turn off my pc cuz the screen where the game crashed dosent work, like I cant start new programs like task manager so I gotta turn off my pc and then start it up only for the game to repeat the crash. What do I do?

The same, after few races game crashes permanent. No way to use task manager, just restart. Disney is a crap. This issue persists since the beginning and the greedy lazy bastrds devs do nothing.

When you start cars, go to task manager-details-cars-game.exe-set affinity-set only cpu0

GREAT! it seems to be working fine now. But its necessary to do this all the time after every start of the game. But now game is playable.

Issue probably caused by mismatch of screen's native resolution with game's.
Ex your desktop resolution is 1920*1080 and the game's resolution is 1024*768...

Follow my guide below to fix this permanently!!!

Sadly it does not work, again black screen freeze and no way to use task manager, only power button resolves this freeze. This game is so crap.

Had the same issue with my laptop, (Intel HD630) and this workaround solved the issue...Are you sure you select the same in-game resolution as the one your desktop has?

Ok, it finaly works that way, but it needs only one monitor to be connected. Thanks gknewsted :steamhappy:
