F2P / low spender question (events)

I'm doing my first event, and I'm getting the impression that it's impossible to unlock the mythic girl without spending quite a bit of money. It doesn't matter if I hover over the game, lose sleep for several days, and carefully ration upgrades, coin rewards, etc. Legendary is possible, and I *may* unlock that by the end of day 1. But since the requirements are getting worse and worse, I'm not holding my breath for Mythic.

So if Mythic girls are impossible to get from events as F2P / low spender, is there any other way to unlock them later on? When I get stronger and manage to push my way through the Colosseum (done wisely), will there be one of those multiple selection card packs for Mythic like I've seen for so far for Epic and below? I'm talking about the ones that list approximately 8 girls, and you get to select only one of them.

it is possible but you need to stock on items that you can get from the Colosseum
and you also need to know what you are doing

Are you talking about opening mythics in the events or elsewhere? I assume you mean the events.

The problem I'm having with events is that it's asking for me to complete multiple tasks behind multi-hour timers. I'm new, so I haven't had a chance to stockpile items yet, so that will help.

For the events, how many items do you need to stockpile to have a reasonable chance at unlocking a mythic?

BTW, since you know what you're doing, I'd love to see you write up a short guide for events so beginners like me don't have to go in blind. ;-)

To put it another way, how many events do you more-or-less skip to save up your items? Or will the game provide enough of the time-saving skip items between events?

BTW, what's a good Tower league to park in? I've read that the higher in the tower you go, the harder Colosseum gets. I want to find the perfect balance between Tower league and Colosseum ease so that I get maximum rewards.

Thanks. I'm currently in league 10 on the tower, and I can easily let a single common girl from my arsenal solo a weak team in the Colosseum. For now, I guess I'll stay put in the Tower.

Also, if you sink back down the tower (going to a lower level), will it affect what you face in the next Colosseum a few days later ... assuming you don't rise back up to where you were?

Most of the event quests are pretty easy to achieve. One of the problems is not knowing what will come next. Once you do know, you can make sure you save collosseum items and (event/shop/tower/quest) chests for the right moment. I dinf there are a couple of big progress stumbles: The beat event x times can take a while, 5 mythic can be hard if you fought the dungeon mythic just before, 6400 gold, and the final mythic lvl 5 can depend on luck with chests or long wait for cooldown.

And if you just started and can't beat all dungeon enemies, you're likely not going to finish the first event you encounter, they do seem to repeat eventually.

Here are the event quests and some notes how to complete them efficiently:

1. defeat event common
   
2. get 150 cards (prepare tower chests and quests)
   
3. get 500 gold (use b*tpass)
   
4. level any 3 times
   
5. defeat any dungeon 10x
   
6. defeat rare event
   
7. open event chest (dont spend any silver till you get this)

Thank you for the list! I suspected that the quests might stay the same, but I hadn't documented them yet. You saved me a lot of work.

Any suggestions on getting as far as possible on Colosseum if you've made it to Tower rank 10? (Can you go back down and reset your rank during the next Colosseum, or are you stuck where you're at?) Should I aim to level up as many girls as possible and send them all in solo against easy targets?

The higher your tower rank the harder colosseum gets. Early on try to go for the extra colloseums to get extra cards. Levelling low level cards also boosts all higher lvl cards of the same set. The starting/dungeon cards have no perks, which are very important. Even a weak deck that is 1 element with 4/5 boosting perks for that element can beat many opponents. Just look at the opponent, if they have 3-5 perks active the chance of losing increases.

Regarding event strategies, I will share my method for your reference!

Normally active monsters are resurrected in 24 minutes
Rare event monster resurrected in 48 minutes
Event epic monster resurrected in 1 hour and 36 minutes
Event legendary monster resurrected in 3 hours and 18 minutes
Event Mythical Monster Resurrected in 8 Hours

Rare monsters in the dungeon are resurrected in 48 minutes
Dungeon Epic Monster Resurrected in 1 hour and 36 minutes
The legendary monster of Di Lao is resurrected in 3 hours and 18 minutes
Dungeon Mythical Monster Resurrected in 8 Hours

Ratings and rankings are obtained based on pirate coins (basically, the previous class gold bosses are all crazy about ranking and earning pirate coins...unless you go crazy with class gold to buy pirate coins)

1/45 Defeat a normal event monster once

29/45 Upgrade any legendary girl 3 times
30/45 Obtain 6400 gold coins (consume 100 gold coins directly with crystals to exchange)
31/45 Defeat any active monster 45 times (defeat it on time for about 10 hours ~ only fight it when you have time and it takes about 1 to 2 days to complete. The legendary monster will not be defeated for the last time, leaving it for 32/45)

The third day of the event starts at 08:00

32/45 Found the event legendary card No. 50 (obtain the event legendary card 5 times * 3 hours and 18 minutes each time or open the event treasure box and spend 18k pirate coins, legendary witch doll, or butt pass - level 14 explanation)
33/45 Obtain 2000 Pirate Silver (unlock Pirate Silver by climbing floors and opening treasure boxes in the Colosseum)
34/45 Defeat any monster in the legendary dungeon room 20 times (15 monsters in the dungeon + wait 48 minutes to fight rare monsters ~ no mythical monsters, leaving 38/45 tasks)
35/45 Upgrade event epic card to level 5
36/45 Open any 5 treasure chests in the store (free, key or 1200 gold to open gashapon, butt pass-2 keys at level 15)

Thanks to all the help above, I've gotten fairly comfortable with the quests for events, and I'm feeling pretty confident. However, quest #40 concerns me for the long run. I got lucky this time and and two low-level mythics (from the dungeon) that were very close to leveling up, but as they gain levels, that won't always be the case.

How does everyone else prepare for that?

I'm thinking about not leveling up the mythic girl I get from this event (as painful as that will be), and save her upgrades for the next event. But is there some better strategy I'm missing (for F2P players)?
