If it's available for purchase then the app number is 301740. https://store.steampowered.com/ app/301740/ without the space.
If going to its page doesn't allow purchase then the only option are key resales like g 2 a (or gift copies in inventory). But steam stopped allowing gift copies to be stored in inventory a year before it was unlisted.

Doesn't mean people don't have gift copies from before it was removed. It was on Steam for a long time. Inventory.gift lists 22 owners of gift copies https://www.inventory.gift/gifts/castle%3A%20never
