Horrible screen shake

i tried playing the game and the screen was shaking really horribly in vr i tried booting through the oculus runtime and the steam vr runtime to see if it changed but it still shook my screen and was really hard to look at
i refunded and was upset is there a way to fix it if there is ill buy it again
i do really wanna play but the screen shake made it unplayable
