Report a translation problem
Anyone using a "third party" headset for Steam VR can try this to see if it fixes it. Third party headsets fall under anything that is NOT a Valve Index.
For those on "Third party" headsets find steam VR right click it.
Properties > Beta's > Beta Participation > Previous- The Previous Release.
SteamVR will "reinstal" momentarily. The issue should be fixed entirely, or lessened by an extreme margin.
This fixed the shaky picture via SteamVR for me on Meta Quest 3. I had a problem with turning, and looking anywhere leading to a shaky and unstable picture while playing, before doing the steps I suggested.
This fixed it for me on quest 2
