Toggle for things like red field. Switch to red field, turn it on, switch to another weapon. Same for Phantom VIR and things like that.

If special item trigger is enabled, as soon as you select the (special) weapon it'll automatically turn on. If it is disabled, you'll have to click first. This does not apply to mines. I suggest having it on.
