Options, "Special Item", "Strategy Help"?

What is the meaning of the options "Special Item" and "Strategy Help"?

Special items are ones like the RED Field and Phantom VIR. Having Special Item enabled makes it a toggle rather than the original game's "You must have this weapon selected for it to be on."

Strategy Help basically sets it so anything you point your reticle at automatically displays what it would if you had hit the "I" key with the option disabled.
