Parallax issues on laptop, Ugee 1910b monitor incompatible, on my last rope here
Hello guys.
I have tried to contain myself but I am on the verge of tears.

I bought a Ugee 1910b monitor tablet to make it easier for me to draw. Turns out it's compatible with all the drawing products I use EXCEPT open canvas.

Ok, after finally figuring that out, no thanks to really anybody except the one poor guy who was having the same problem that never got a response, I figured it was time to upgrade my pc/laptop situation. Get a laptop, this way I can use open canvas again. I was using it on my really old laptop that was super slow and it was heart breaking.

Got a new laptop. Spent hours, almost an entire day downloading everything I will be needing if I decide to stream my work process publically like I used to. Finally get time to sit down and crack open OC 6.

Major parallax issues. Everything looks like it's working until I start to draw. Writing in one part of the image the result showing up elsewhere. Ok. Maybe it's just me being dumb. Open up my other programs. Wacom driver up to date. No issues. Come on now. Seriously, come on. Re-calibrated my laptop display settings, checked my Wacom Intuos Pro settings. I never had this issue like this before.

I would go to Ugee if all my programs were acting messed up, but it's only Open Canvas. I don't know what to do about the Ugee 1910b incompatibility or now the parallax issue on my new laptop that shouldn't be happening.

Please, someone help.

Thank you

Have you tried to change the coordinates settings on OpenCanvas?
It's located on the bottom right corner, the label that says "Tablet Coordinates"
Just click on it and change it to OS Coordinates.

I really hope that helps!

@mura if i could pick you up, hug and kiss you i would. I got my laptop working with open canvas. I do not know if I can fix the tablet monitor though. I get the errors preventing me from doing virtually anything at all, I will see if this is the fix I have been seeking for the tablet monitor (Ugee 1910b) stay tuned!!

my laptop is good now
the ugee monitor driver (PC) is still not working with the program. I uninstalled the program to toggle the tablet coordinates and choice of Tablet to tablet 2/ other and after reinstalling the driver, still get the error even though now I can access this field which I couldn't before . I'm just happy to get it on a pc instead of none, thank you Mura!

Why do you have a Wacom driver installed with a Ugee tablet?

Other tablet manufacturers drivers usually cause issues with each other.

hello moopsy,
did not say that actually- i have a laptop with a wacom intuos pro (working now thank you @mura

the monitor is ugee runniing on a ugee driver that i cannot, cannot get to work no matter what I have done. I love open canvas so much I bought the laptop (mostly because I needed an upgrade) but partly to get around the compatibility program and to get functionality out of the program again. I feel like I am the only OC user that has a Ugee monitor tablet, but I will point out this issue of compatibility still exists.

The Ugee 1910b monitor driver will refuse to even install until Wacom is uninstalled (I tried to keep both, doesn't work).
