Goal
save 10 civilans.
gather 1900 food for the trip. i found only 1897.. where is the 3 food that is missing. is this a bug? i openned all the room including the one, the soldiers tell me not to open releasing the big boss... still not cannot find the 3 missing food. why u dont plan for some buffer ,,,,

My English is not very good, what do you mean by "give some buffer"?

He means to place more food than the 1.900 that is needed. Some "safety" / "buffer" / "margin" of error, so we don't have to find and empty everything.

We reduced the requirement for that quest to 1500 it should be working now

i assume after i get all the non infected civilian to bus. the Army guys will come under my control to evacuate. However goal to save civilian remain as 1 and that guy is infected. so this goal cannot be completed.

Those soldiers will not come under your command, if you read their dialogues you will notice they trust no one.

THe civilian goal is glitch and we will fix , tnx for reporting
