Now that the useless stuff is out of the way, could we please get some truly new content (unlike the stuff we have been promised over the last months that was in the game two years ago i.e. tiers, Elimination Mode, point-based rewards and whatnot)?

I did replace with the old launcher and when i entered the game my account is friking restarted ! I am level 1 with nothing in my inventory and i had so many things i played this game till the begining for this?!
This is sad for a big company to do such a mistake :((

Worked for me but this is still stupid. To make a new login update only to make things more needlessly complicated for those who have been around for a long ass time.

what the actual hell? i logged in with this new system, and, instead of having my mostly used, newer account, it dropped me into the account i haven't used in maybe a year and a half. i tried to log into the website, and i couldn't get on the newer, more used account. it's like you guys had deleted my main account, and forced me back to my old one. i had been working hard and relentlessly to get to the point i was before, and now all of that progress is gone. now i have nothing. and the premium colors i got and used from hunting your codes down when they popped up have also been completely wiped. this new system is a slap in the face for people like me, who have created a new account just so they can change their account names.

I can't log in with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ new system. It says my steam account can't authenticate, and according to a friend my account doesn't exist anymore. I'm using a windows 10 computer. Switch the old system back.

Don't you test this stuff first? Come on... not even my line 1 IT technician would take a PC to a customer before testing its all working... Why would you roll out an update like this without testing.... Clearly someone is being payed more then their worth!!!!

@Rickadead well testing stuff in house does not always have the same effect as actual testing with actual users. some issues and factors could never come up in house. i used to work as a game tester, take it from me

Why the new Login System? I thought the other one worked just fine.

As others have pointed out, I try starting the game and my 225+ level, 108,000+ robits, Premium Membership,near complete tech tree, and several robots are all gone. and I'm stuck in a brand new broke, level 1, starter robot account. Will this be fixed soon? I have enjoyed RC from the start, and liked it enough to pay for Premium a few years ago as well as for other items over the years, to better support the company. I've always stood by the crazy changes with the good ones, but it really gets annoying everytime a new update comes out that screws everything up all over again.

So I went through the Launcher Log Process and got in to my account. However, On the Steam - Robocraft page when I went to launch from there, the last update notice is the new cubes, and nothing about this new Login situation. Furthermore the only way I saw anything about the new Login process was via starting the game and having it be wrong, opening the Community Hub and then seeing the Notice and the info about the Steam process for Logging in is all the way at the bottom, instead of starting the Notice with "Hold On, before you delete the game from every system you have and ripping us apart in the forums, do this first" and then explain why we have to do it. This might have been a better approach. Mind you I also follow Robocraft on Facebook and saw nothing about this, and I usually see some kind of email about these things as well.
