My game isn't starting!

My game will not start. Easy Anti Cheat loads but nothing after that, nothing in the task manager either. Virus protection is not stopping it (Norton), and I don't know what else to do. I have tried restarting and verifying game files. Please help me!

I already tried that, it is stated above. Good idea though; it usually helps me out.

What about uninstall, delete rc files then reinstall? More info about your pc may be helpful. Ibwould also contact the helpdesk asap as they will be very busy now.

I had the same problem as you and I was also using Norton. I believe Norton is still stopping it without indicating that it is doing so. I managed to get the game running again when I had disabled my Norton's firewall and then tried to run the game without it. It now works with the Firewall enabled.

I would recommend trying this if you haven't already.

I have tried this but I did just try agin. This doesn't seem to by me problem but it could be a multiple issue problem. I'm glad to hear it worked for you.

Are you running any other antivirus? Is your windows updated?

I am all updated (Windows/graphics) and unless the Windows antivirus is the problem (which I actually should try to turn off) I honestly don't think that the problem is with my computer.

If you are updated I doubt its win defender. I would 1st make an exception for rc & eac before I turned it off. Do you have the windows game app off?

I'm going to be honest. This game isn't worth the effort that I have put in to try and play it. It should be the devs job to fix it, not ours. I have already contacted them so they are aware of the issue, it just doesn't seem like a priority. Multiple hotfixes have come since people have started having this problem (since Infinity) amd none of them have addressed it. I'm sure they are working on it, but they should have prioritized having a game that people can play rather than a slightly better game that not everyone can play.
