With practice you can also make a bot with downward thrust on the back to jump then crouch on approach so it tilts upright but thats really not worth the effort, its far too situational a build feature and prone to the upside down leg lock bug if you don't quite get it right.
walk at a wall and jump just before reaching it then hit your down button (shift is default).
you should keep your momentum but tip backwards which will help.
as long as you have enough downwards force on the back it will work well.
the real difficulty with crawler legs is getting it so you can hang under things.
you use a simmalar setup but slightly different.
when it comes to staying attatched to walls it helps to have some downwards thrusters which you keep on.
props would probobly work even better for this since they have been added.
