Although I wouldn't mind more cpu to play around with, although it dosn't squish creativity. more cpu would be awsome.
i find that 1750 cpu inhibits my creativity a great deal, at least if you want a bot that can compete for a spot in the top 3. and don't you think that you could be more creative if you had at least 250 cpu more to play with? kind of surprised how a post about a minimal cpu raise is getting so many negative replies...would think ya'll would be like hell yes i want more cpu! i could be far more creative in builds with that xtra cpu....you fanboys never seem to want any change to the game even when it's something you would actually enjoy changing. that is very strange to me and rather silly i think. especially when the game is in alpha.....i mean here is your chance to say hey developers i would really like at least a little more cpu to play with, i know your not gonna give us megas but can we please just have a little more? and you all pretty much go naw i'm happy with the way it is...seems crazy to me. especially when you guys say you have been playing this game for years...i have played it for 2 months have reached max level and feel like my bot creativity is stifled by a 1750 cpu cap. makes me wonder if ya'll are all that creative or if you just run over powered mechs all the time. and then there is the "it's never enough m8" ok i can buy that, but is it also never too little! a person can be a gluton if given too much or starve if given too little...and after 2 months and max level, i feel like i am starving. which in the end means myself and hordes of others like me will more than likely feed at a differant trough other than the one freejam is presently filling. leaving you fanboys, who love to be starved, to play the game with yourselves and a bunch of 10 year old noobs fresh to the game. enjoy that future! to be honest i'm not sure why i even write posts in these robocraft forums. seems like its the same 20 fanboys saying the same things over and over, as if the future i am describing is already here....
Or maybe that by removing megas A: it became easier to balance parts, B: removed a large amount of server load (for one big bot) so that there could be multiple, slightly bigger bots, C: they were often more harm then good, when you got a poor mega your team was doomed, D: megas moved the focus away from team based to single player and supporting lackeys.
Much of people will agre.
