Can you describe it at all? does it match anything here: https://robocraft.gamepedia.com/EAC#Troubleshooting

when i start the game it says ERROR: EasyAntiCheat not installed

Have you tried steam's "Verify Integrity of Game Files". If that fails try reinstalling the game. If that fails then I'm out of ideas. EAC is built into the game as licenced software, consumers can't just download it.

You can easily install EAC through the already existing .exe findable in the Robocraft Files...

This issue is caused by EAC not being automatically installed when you install Robocraft.

To fix this issue please go to Robocraft install folder then the EasyAntiCheat folder and run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe and select Robocraft and install.

if you are a linux user you need to work out errors with the EAC team on forums http://steamcommunity.com/app/301520/discussions/5/1354868867729455078/?ctp=2 <- a new bug simillar to this one has cropped up this time affecting some ubuntu users but not my install this time.

Everyone is discussing .exe files - the issue is obviously Windows related.
