By killing and damaging opponents. This will increase your level and hence your CPU.

When you level up your CPU goes up... You dont need to kill things, damageing enemies and capping also add to your level exp.

If you want to get the max CPU faster buy a robot from the shop. They increase your CPU so you can use them. From there you get 11 CPU per level til 1511.
