How long to beat all games
Not talking about getting all cards etc, just beating the final boss once for each game without cheats. How long do you think it would take?
Trying to decide if it's worth it.

Hard to say with them being card games. Your progress heavily depends on your card drop luck.
According to "HowLongToBeat.com", the GBA games sit at around 15-20h each, Dark Duel Stories, the only GBC game released in the west sits at around 8-9h.
The rest was too obscure to have conclusive completion reports.

All in all, there's plenty to do here. But again, they're card games, a few have light RPG elements, but the rest is just playing cards.

So far that seems pretty accurate. I got my version of completion on the first game (beating each character 10x times, even the secret ones) in about 10 hours. That's without using the card cheat or any dedicated grinding, just building with whatever I pulled from that time. Maybe it takes more with limited experience of yugioh as a franchise, but just going for the kind of completion the OP is asking about you can probably get in 5 hours for that one if you know what you're doing. And the GBA ones tend to have more features/opponents so the time will go up quite a bit as you move to the later games.

Reshef is probably the big exception here, that game is infamous for being ridiculously difficult. Unless you know exactly how to cheese the game and get some luck with drops/store, you will probably need to do a ton of grinding, and even then the game is relatively long. This one probably has the most variability but one playthrough will easily go far into the double digits

The GBA games also follow the actual card game rules (the older Game Boy titles actually existed before the physical card game did) which makes duels take a lot longer as well.

I'm already seeing this in DM2. DM1 lets you go through your turn in a few button presses because it forces you to do things in a certain order. DM2 gives you more options and flexibility, but that also means your cursor doesn't automatically move towards the next required step of the turn, and you have to manually go into a new menu to end your turn. I think the game will take longer than DM1 just due to content anyway, but the gameplay is also somewhat slower
