Why dose dungeon dice monsters take so long? any advice

I tried playing DDM and it felt like such a slog the main dice pool you start with dose not have many move points and the enemy has so many guard points so it takes forever to kill one monster. Am I doing something wrong?

no thats how you play DDM, its not well thought out. the game sucks.

If you watched the episode where Duke made Yugi play it back in the day, you knew the game was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, made no sense, and a balance nightmare

It's a great game when you can control exactly what is rolled each turn and your goal is to use it as a way to tell a story between characters. As a real game with random chance though, it does suck. Yet I still put a lot of time into this back in the day.

Random chance and your given a very restrictive pool of dice at the start so you have basically no way to play the game. You NEED movement dice. if you dont roll them then your just going to have to roll them and god help you if you run out of dice

It's statistically nearly impossible to unlock dark magician girl without cheating. it takes, on average THOUSANDS of duels due to RNG. I hope you aren't planning on 100%ing this game.

The game is actually "broken", the best way to win is to just spam level 1 monsters and build a part to the enemy lord and then attack it. Use this method and you can win 99% of the time without actually fighting any of the enemy monsters.

You can buy level 1 monster cheap from the start, I don't know the english names but something like Kuriboh and Beavor Warrior, they are level 1 and have attack / move crests.

But after playing a few battles like this, you will realize that the game is actually boring, because the AI does nothing to stop you.
