order to beat oponents duel monsters 1?

Starting from the beginning, just hit tier 2, tried bandit keith, his first monster was 1500, bigger then all my other cards, currently running mako, is there a suggested order of who to beat, to earn cards to have a chance against tougher oponents?

I moved straight from area 1 to weevil, that seems to be decent. He mostly just sets monsters with 1200-1400 def and <1000 atk, I think he only has two monsters with >1000 atk

Mokuba first. Most of his monsters are 1000 ATK or less. Very rarely he might have Axe Raider, Beautiful Headhuntress, Armored Lizard or Kojikocy, but the odds he have one of these in his deck are really low (about 12% to have one of these in his deck, 0.3% to start with one of these)

Also where to get Raigeki? I have one wich is nice, but like more for the rare big card someone drops I know you get for beating mako 100X but any drops?

Getting one in your Starter Deck, and a second one against Mako after 100 wins are the only copies of Raigeki in the game.
