well, i just started playing it for the first time recently, it seems really fun so far plus it's a sequel to my favorite game on this collection :D

i'm guessing the whole pokemon type thing is why it's not very popular

No

Reshed is hated for it's ridicilous artificial difficulty. It's not that the Game is actually hard, other then the LP Mechanism everything is the same as it is in Sacred Cards. But Konami stacked the Game against the Player by refusing to give him any kind of Resources no matter if it is Money, or Capacity. You can also no longer challenge People for rematchs other then joey & co. Which makes grinding not only unrewarding it is also extremly boring, since you can't even switch Opponents to fresh things up.

i'm very used to grinding joey thx to dawn of destiny and nightmare troubadour so that wont be a problem for me

as for the lack of resources, you act like that's the main problem so can you please elaborate

he has a point even as a big reshef fan i gotta admit the odds are stacked against the players, grinding cards is already tedious but grinding deck capacity is straight up torture and if you try playing it i would recommend turning infinite deck capacity on (i beat the game without that option but i could barely edit my deck) the reason for why the game is so hard is because the previous game the sacred cards was criticized for being too easy i've heard

Because that is the main problem.

! Duel in Sacraed Cards = 10+ Duels in Reshef.

SC also did not waste your Time with the constant cursor checking, which makes Reshef even worse. Because this Time adds up, when you need to do 100+ Duels to add ONE! single good Card to your Deck,

counter argument: reshef looks prettier

It's just the Battle City Plot adding the Player to the Story . It's a fun Game but as already mentioned here way too easy. Reshef and Sacred should meet in the middle and then the grind would propably be pretty good.

I kinda would love to see some unfortunate and unaware Soul playing Sacred Card and Reshef back to back.

Let's for once quote the Bible how this would play out xD

Then the seven years of plenty which were in the land of Egypt ended, 54and the seven years of famine began to come,as Joseph had said. The famine was in all ..

funny enough i'm that person, played sacred cards for awhile, loved it, then played reshef and got stomped into the ground by rebecca who was running witch of the black forest beatdown
One thing I've often talk about is for RPG style games, difficulty is more subjective. The Sacred Cards is only as easy as how much you've grinded for, you can go to quick and get punished for it or take too long grinding and easily beat every opponent. How quickly you get to the "take too long grinding" is rather low yes but it's still better than Reshef where it takes forever to stay on track with the opponents. I think if they just did The Sacred Cards with better opponent's deck that it would be near perfect.

Another game series that has similar talks is Legacy of Goku 2 and Buu's Fury with many complaining about Buu's Fury being too easy.
