Downloading Current Rosters

As someone who enjoys playing sports sims with the players' actual names in them, I downloaded a database that has the current rosters, but I can't seem to get it to download in game in the downloads sections of the home menu. Any ideas?

Get the roster file and do this... EHM:EA - right click - properties - local files - browse local files - locate data folder - databases - drop roster file here. Open EHM and select the TBL database from the prompt. Enjoy!

I still can't seem to get the TBL database in the game.

Sorry to appear so helpless I just don't have a ton of experience with this sort of thing. I've played a lot of NHL and FIFA and only recently got into FM and now EHM because I was looking for something deeper. I'm pretty sure I've put the roster file in the database folder. Is it possible I need to unzip the file or something along those lines? Or am I just missing a menu when I open EHM?

If you have downloaded the file from the TBL forums, it should be a zip file. Make sure you got the special one they did for this Early Access version.

Once you extract the file, it will give you a Read Me PDF and a Folder titled TBL Rosters v7.3. Put this folder (TBL Rosters v7.3) into the data/database folder in your Eastside Hockey Manager game folder, so the folder path should then be " Eastside Hockey Manager/data/database/TBL Rosters v7.3 "

When you start the game, don't worry about importing the roster, it's already imported. It shows up when you start a new game. Click 'New Game' and then there should be a dropdown arrow in the box that appears, click that and then click 'TBL Rosters v7.3' and you will then be good to go.

are the retro rosters on TBL also working with EHM:EA ?

The 1974 Rosters do, but the other ones need to be tweaked slightly (it's something we're working on).
