Finally a game that is not about another "strong female protagonist"
Literally EVERY game on the Xbox showcase had protagonist woman. Even the freaking indie mouse game was a woman..

Doom Dark Ages, STALKER 2, MGS3 Delta.
Plus several of them either didn't have a main protag at all, or you make your own.

Plus several of them either didn't have a main protag at all, or you make your own.

It goes without saying. Of course already existing franchises with established characters don't count.

You're playing dumb if you didn't realise EVERY game there was this female protagonist nonsense. The little mouse game was female.. even Flight Simulator showed a female captain on a commercial plane, which simply does not exist. When did you ever see a female captain in your commercial plane? I travel a lot and never in my life.

Even games that you make your own or don't have a protagonist like State of Decay had it's trailer focusing on a black woman... Which is not to mention than half of those protagonist were black women. They were probably all lesbians too, because they need to feel included as well of course.

That's still wrong though.
Atomfall, CoD, Avowed, and Starfield hid their protag. Mechabreak showed a male pilot. Dragon Age and Expedition 33 showed a party. Age of Mythology and Fragpunk don't have a protag. Sea of Thieves, WoW, Fallout 76, and ESO showed all types of people. I have no clue if you counted the Indiana Jones chick, but clearly you don't play as her, and I have no clue if Perfect Dark or Life is Strange get the established franchise pass.
I don't disagree that there were a bunch of women, but to say every new game had female leads, or focused on a female, is flat out false.
Also, only 3 had black leads, and 1 was optional. That's equal to the Asian women shown. I'm not counting MSFS, because right after there's a longer segment with a male pilot, and that's the only make your own (if that's even a thing in msfs) that did it.

There were exactly two games in the Xbox showcase with black female protagonists - out of 27 announcements. Perhaps you should do some introspection and try to answer to yourself why that stuck out and bothered you so much.

You are also free to, you know, ignore and not buy them and ogle Marcus Fenix instead all day long if you want.
