Sprite Island help

Does anyone know how to access the Sprite Island because every time I click it in the sprite box it just tells me it's not open yet. I think in the past you had to start a quest line for it but I don't where to go to do this. Have they even officially been added yet?

bonjour, j'ai le même problème , j'ai vu que l'on devrait avoir une quête automatique au niveau 15 du perso, j'ai donc refais un autre perso mais je suis niveau 17 et toujours pas de quête avec le Sprite Alante qui devrait nous donne accès a l’île des sprite
