I already did the following:
trying reinstalling the game, both steam and x-legend site, did the full check on files via steam and launcher, run as administrator, run as compatibility mode, firewall and antivirus disabling, and for what I can tell and searched on web, has something to do with Wellbia anticheat/Xign3code that doesnt let that pop-up to login show up.

checked the XIGNCODE process on task manager, and the service just stops after a while when I click to start

I dunno if the antivirus or some other anticheat tool installed is getting in conflict with each other

Did another check on files via steam, and 2 files did not get valid results.

Same. I wonder if there is an .exe game file in the installed folder. Mine is not.

Same case here, and I found out that my desktop with amd cpu can't login game, but when I change to my laptop with intel cpu, it works...
I wonder if someone with this problem mostly were amd user or not?

Mine is Intel and still a no. My other laptop is still an Intel cpu, but magically works fine. The only difference is the Windows OS version. My windows 10 PC has this problem. My windows 11 laptop does not. However, I doubt this is the main problem.

Having the same issue here, the xingcode3 does not start and unless you have a bypass cheat, the game will not start if the anti cheat doesn't start alongside with the game, i think there's nothing to be done by now, i already tried everything, including donwload some xingcode3 executables. Before the official launch i was able to open the game normally, but when the server was finally open my game broke ;(

I have the same issue! Before the game went live I was able to open it but now is just not willing to do anything
