Game doesn't start

My system meets both the minimum and recommended requirements for the game. However, after I click 'Play,' the small pop-up window appears. When I click 'Start,' the window closes, and Steam shows that the game is running. But after a few seconds, it stops, and the 'Play' button turns green again.

What I have tried:
- Updating my system
- Updating my drivers
- Turning the Windows anti-virus off when booting up the game (This is the online anti-virus that I have)
- Deleting games that might have the same anti-cheat engine
- Uninstalling and reinstalling
- looking for lost files
- Starting the game as an administrator

I would really like to play the game with my friends but am unable to, please help.

It is the Xigncode3 problem. For the solution, reinstalling windows seems to be the only way.

I had exactly the same problem and I've just solved it !!!!
After having reset my computer without success, I downloaded microsoft visual c++ during my download of grand fantasia by x-legend on their official site. This solved my problem, now the window opens on steam's Origin game.
