Because you need to pass Steam topup review from them,go to the item mall and go to "Support center" will open a new window to the ticket support and click the button that says "Contact us",they will give a option that say "steam topup review",srry for my bad english.

I won't be able to do it for a while now, because I can't afford it. Doesn't look like it's been done yet though, it still gives me the error even though I did the steam top up a few days ago or so.

Just download it directly from the website, don't need to use steam

Mine finally works and let me do it through steam. It's just much easier for me to go through that rather than an outer source.

ya i had to remove grand fantasia from steam and go tru the main website , now no payment issues.
