Launcher Constant Download

So i still did not played the game cause i'm having an issue with the launcher: it's constantly downloading the same files (nfs file .240007) and i don't know why. I took a look in the local archive of the game and there was an error report but i don't know what does it mean, does anyone else is having the same issue?

I'm having the same problem
