Anti bot check in game

So after spending a long time trying to verify my account and getting a run around with that, entered the game. Played for 3 to 5 minutes and get hit with a bot check prompt asking me what numbers are shown. Ok, I typed in the one number shown, the rest were letters. Then? another "test".... what numbers? Nothing but letters were shown.... I typed in 0 for the hell of it, maybe I should have done nothing? Spelled out none? Anyway after typing in 0 it teleported me back in starter area. Went back to quest and couldn't attack. Logged out and back in. Still couldn't attack. This bot check happen a lot? If so, I'm out.
