Achievements

Does anyone else wish there was Steam achievements for Mdickie games? As an achievement hunter i would put so many more hours into these games if Mat ever included them.

A few examples of achievements i thought could be added to Hard Time 3 are:

-First Death
-First Sentence Served
-Win a Court Case
-Raise Strength (or other stat) to a certain number
-Get handed a death sentence
-Become an Officer
-Get arrested after being freed
-Complete a favour for an NPC
-Complete five* favours for NPC’s
-Escape
-Kill an NPC for the first time
-Kill Three* NPC’s
-Light a fire
-Change your outfit/face
-Lose a limb
-Drive a car
-Visit every location on both maps
-Get sent to the hospital
-Buy steroids/painkillers
-Earn $500*
-Make a friend
-Throw the basketball through the net

Any number followed by an asterisk (*) is just an example.

Comment any more ideas for Achievements you guys may have for this game or other Mdickie games, and let’s hope Mat ends up seeing this!

-Best overall Prisoner/Officer/Character
-Make yourself throw up
-Make peace with an enemy
-Answer 10* phone calls
-Drive every vehicle (Wheelchair/Bike/Skateboard)
-Use all of the instruments (Piano/Mic/Flute)
-Eat 50* items
-Make all of the correct paintings
-Use the Editor for the first time
-Buy 10* items from other Prisoners
-Sell 10* items to other Prisoners
-Increase your weight to 350* pounds
-Get a shower
-Read a book while sitting on the toilet
-Use every gun
-Get a limb replaced
-Use the broom to make $25*
-Talk to Mat Dickie
-Kill Mat Dickie
-Befriend Mat Dickie
-Have a baby
-Get into a relationship
-Crap Yourself
-Pee Yourself

I’m sure i will think of some more once i get released

-Play Co-Op for the first time
-Arrest someone
-Get a house
-Change your hairstyle
-Dig a hole and climb through
-Get chained to an officer
-Open the manual
-Use the Computer to get information 50* times
-Play for 24* hours total
-Win/lose 10* court cases

YES! I use to play years ago and after playing again for 4hrs I already feel finished with the game. Granted it doesn't need achievements and don't think the other games have any just would be cool.

Exactly! I feel like Steam achievements would give us a goal to reach overall while playing the game, it would definitely help with longevity since there could be achievements like “Serve 10 Sentences” which would keep us coming back to play.

I thought up a couple more achievement ideas!

-Combine Two items
-Kill an animal and eat it
-Open 50* presents
-Ask an officer to form a gang
-Set a trend
-Cause 20* Explosions
-Recruit 10* gang members
-Arrest 20* criminals
-Combine 50* items
-Serve a sentence without having any days added
-Have your sentence increased to 100* days
