I have been working inside and outside of fiesta files to know the ins and outs of many common issues, along with having been a player since late 2006.

Sidenote, I have reached out to Gamigo about helping you guys several times.
I have made a half dozen posts on the gamigo forums, have had many long messages with 3 different staff (2 GM and a CL) about getting more support here. It does not seem like they have the resources to help out in these parts.

Known Issues & Possible Fixes:

1. White Screen after loading page (book page)
A. This could be an issue with your graphics card (GPU). Try Reinstalling the game, if you still have the issue, please comment below. If you have ever tampered with files (such as ones in your ResMenu Folder) This could have caused an issues, reinstall.

2. Game Randomly Crashes or Crashes upon entering portals
A. This is a known bug, and no fix for this currently, just log back in.

3. Cannot Register Accounts, or Login.
A. The account you create on Gamigo's site isnt the same one for fiesta, I believe you have to register specific ones for Fiesta in your Gamigo account settings. (will add more detail on this later)

4. Run Time Error (Crashing)
A. Visual C++ Redistribute Update needed.

5. Launcher not Patching / Have the old Launcher still
A. Download the new Launcher

6. Stuck at login screen? Click OK and nothing happens?
A. You have to close client, and try again. The login servers have been up and down, so just keep trying or give it about 5-10 minutes.

7. Lagging after playing for a few minutes, slowly getting slower.
A. Hit ESC and click Game Settings. Youll notice lag stops right away.
UN-check the box that says "Name Tag Change"

8. Game Crashing (Bin Error // Please wait popup // client dissapears)
A. Nothing you can do, just relog in. This game is old and Devs could care less about fixing it.

9. Cannot connect to world server issue (March/April 2018)
A. You have to make a new account.

10. Cant login (ID error) , account not working on website either.
A. Make a new account to send a ticket. Specify that you had to make a new account to send a ticket.

11. Returning player from a long time ago, cant login?
A. RIP your account, it still exsists but probably broken in the many server merges, and Outspark to Gamigo shift. Make a ticket, state as much info about your characters and account as you can and maybe they can get you into it.

12. Download Error though steam
A. Just download it directly from gamigos website. Things are weird through steam for some reason.

So I am receiving two errors currently, one being a runtime termination error saying the game requested to terminate in an unusual way and the other an X-Trap can't connect error specifically stating, "The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly, please restart the game." Have tried quitting out of the game and relaunching a few times and restarted my PC twice to the same errors occurring. I don't see a way to manually update X-Trap but I can tell you I have version 8300 and the code field states 10-0400-00000000-700.

Hoping none of this is eternally game breaking but won't uninstall anytime soon unless you believe reinstalling might fix it. Also, I have a screenshot of the errors if there is a way to send you images over Steam or another medium.

What OS are you using? If its windows 10, please press (WIN + R) and type WINVER and press enter. Let me know if youre on 1703, 1809, 1908, etc. Also (without being weird) what country are you from, I have seen issues with different ISPs from other countries in the past.

Also, honestly I am not here to keep the game alive. I am just here because I know what this game can offer although it may be dying. I just wish to give other players a chance to find a glimpse of what this game has offered me in the past. Ive made threads and contacted Gamigo and OnsOnSoft for fixing of issues, to no avail, they do not care.

*edit, just seen your location on your profile.. as I live in Saint Paul, you should not have any issues with any ISP in our area. Weird that you live within 30 minutes of me.

Hmm, something that crossed my mind as I was at Gamigo's site and wanted to ask you is: Do you believe it worth investing money in the game still? Such as for a makeover kit or the starter kit they advertise on the site or anything else like that.

Incredible, it is working. It had a hiccup at first when it finished saying it couldn't find the .dll file but I restarted my PC and it was able to play after that. Created a character and ran around for a bit to make certain before coming here to let you know. It's a fighter named Zekruul on Isya, though knowing me, it won'r be long until I have a character for each class. I'll stay subscribed to hear your opinion on putting money into the game and in case any further issues come up.

Only buy stuff if it is on sale. There is nothing that you really need to invest money into yet .. once you get to level 60, then you can put money in the game. You can buy Exp Scrolls and Charms of might, 50/20% .. this will make the leveling process way faster. Just keep questing, join random parties of people leveling in the area. The one thing you can invest in right away is a perm mount. if they go on sale for BOGO, buy 5 Perm mounts and fuse them to make a +5 mount, they are super fast and offer a ton of HP bonuses.

You can become a "gifter" where people give you ingame currency and you buy and gift cash shop items to them. just be carful to not get ripped off and not traded with .. buying a +12 weapon can really help speed up leveling too.

I'm only thinking about ten dollars a month as long as it keeps me entertained, so I doubt I would go far as a gifter. I might put a little bit more into it, say fifteen dollars for things like the storage increases when my budget allows. I guess what I should have asked was: Do you believe the game/owners deserve or have earned a player's money in this day and age. I appreciate the feedback though and will definitely keep the +5 mount in mind.

Absolutely not. No real updates since 2014, and the content they have added is only for end-game users that were level 130+ , which only about 5% of the player base is at these days. That vast majority of players I would say are between 60-110 , and sizable group from 110-130, and the only 130+ people are large guilds that hog most raids and such at this point.

This game can be fun, with friends or by making friends. Don't expect to be a top tier raider like you could do in other games like WoW, Tera, etc. As much of a MMO RPG this is, it honestly is more of a social chat room with anime aesthetic and rpg aspects. This game died in 2012, from 2008-2012 this game was the king of Anime MMOs.

You can still find a lot of active development in the private server community, but the player base has dwindled to almost nothing. Private servers were on the top of the word from 2011-2014.

That's fair, a sort of don't support those not willing to support the game itself or the community. I have noticed an in-game issue now though: Sometimes enemies will hit me for an amount equal to my health. As a fighter, I have my little stun, however I find myself unable to complete my job promotion. In the second room, there are skeletons that outlive the damage I can put out before my stun wears off. The silly thing I noticed is sometimes they do hit me for zero or one damage and then the next hit is 969 damage, my maximum health pool. I noticed this in the tutorial and every so often up to this point but just avoided that specific spawned monster and kill others of that type.

Is there an issue you know of on my character's end or something I can do before fighting a monster to ensure this doesn't happen? I don't think I can really bypass the job promotion quest so this is the first time I have to address the issue rather than avoiding it.

Uninstall the game, install it from their website. Also if you had an old account, it’s probably lost in the 83736463 server migrations they did and will have to reach out to their support team (which will be less than helpful), and end up having to make a new account. Leveling 1-60 is VERY easy these days with auto questing not even having to go to NPCs for quests, just get them from your quest journal and turn in from your journal.

Consider yourself lucky. I lost 2 of my 3 accounts. Can’t take the names, but they refuse to give me access even with all the proof I had given them. One was my storage account, can only imagine what’s still on it.
