I have been working inside and outside of fiesta files to know the ins and outs of many common issues, along with having been a player since late 2006.

Sidenote, I have reached out to Gamigo about helping you guys several times.
I have made a half dozen posts on the gamigo forums, have had many long messages with 3 different staff (2 GM and a CL) about getting more support here. It does not seem like they have the resources to help out in these parts.

Known Issues & Possible Fixes:
=======================

1. White Screen after loading page (book page)
A. This could be an issue with your graphics card (GPU). Try Reinstalling the game, if you still have the issue, please comment below. If you have ever tampered with files (such as ones in your ResMenu Folder) This could have caused an issues, reinstall.

2. Game Randomly Crashes or Crashes upon entering portals
A. This is a known bug, and no fix for this currently, just log back in.

3. Cannot Register Accounts, or Login.
A. The account you create on Gamigo's site isnt the same one for fiesta, I believe you have to register specific ones for Fiesta in your Gamigo account settings. (will add more detail on this later)

4. Run Time Error (Crashing)
A. Visual C++ Redistribute Update needed.

5. Launcher not Patching / Have the old Launcher still
A. Download the new Launcher

6. Stuck at login screen? Click OK and nothing happens?
A. You have to close client, and try again. The login servers have been up and down, so just keep trying or give it about 5-10 minutes.

7. Lagging after playing for a few minutes, slowly getting slower.
A. Hit ESC and click Game Settings. Youll notice lag stops right away.
UN-check the box that says "Name Tag Change"

8. Game Crashing (Bin Error // Please wait popup // client dissapears)
A. Nothing you can do, just relog in. This game is old and Devs could care less about fixing it.

9. Cannot connect to world server issue (March/April 2018)
A. You have to make a new account.

10. Cant login (ID error) , account not working on website either.
A. Make a new account to send a ticket. Specify that you had to make a new account to send a ticket.

11. Returning player from a long time ago, cant login?
A. RIP your account, it still exsists but probably broken in the many server merges, and Outspark to Gamigo shift. Make a ticket, state as much info about your characters and account as you can and maybe they can get you into it.

12. Download Error though steam
A. Just download it directly from gamigos website. Things are weird through steam for some reason.

go to gamigo web site go to my games on the side of fiesta game picture it should say change password thats what you use to change in game password

for what ever reason, when creating an account via steam, it doesnt seem to save your password. You just have to go to the fiesta site, and change your password, I think you can use the one made the account with as well, seeing how it never saved it the first time.

Any tips on the whole compatability mode thing? I get an error upon startup of the game saying that it's in compatability mode but I've looked in the game's properties and no compatability mode is selected for the games? I can't send any type of report to the team who made the game or whoever I'm supposed to send it to. I have not registered for this game yet, so I don't know what's going on.

got to the actual website an striaght up download an play through there launchers.

I'll give it a try. If it's giving so many users grief of it on Steam I'll try the official website. I'll let everyone know if there's a difference.

Private servers are where it is at these days cause it is a bunch of hobbiests that like to dev an code ♥♥♥♥ for there own servers. I used to be in all that but the developing community is a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so I stay away from it now.

Yeah......I don't really like when game companies do that. A lot of MMOs on here seem to be going to ♥♥♥♥. Pandora Saga was a great game up until so many "professional users" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it was, and it got removed from steam and the official website...a lot of my friends were heartbroken over it.

I am having an issue with after the game launches, it opens in a weird window format that i cant resize, and the options key is far off the screen where i cant get to it. any suggestions on how i might be able to get it resized before launching?

For some reason, my mouse scroll doesnt work, i cant get passed the tutorial, can you help me with this? like how to change zooming in/out?

reinstall, all current out of game launcher .exe files that let you resize are out of date with the current version of retail version.

Try + and - .. otherwise you cant really do much.
