This is coming from a post in the forums.

First off, you need to goto their main website. http://www.en.gamigo.com

2. Creating a gamigo account:
So if you want to create a new gamigo account you will have to click on the "Register" button. If you already have a Fiesta Online or Fiesta North America account you only have to create a new game account!

3. A little window will pop up were you can insert the data you want to use for your new gamigo account. You are also able to use Facebook connect to create this new account BUT you can only connect one gamigo account using your own Facebook account, so if you want to connect your old Outspark account later please register without using Facebook connect.

4. Now you will receive an activation email. You can either copy the code into this little window or you can simply click on the activation like in your activation email and then a confirmation message will be displayed.

5. Click on "Play now".

6. Creating your Fiesta game account: You will see the playable games which are available from your country at "My gamigo" > "My games" and click on "Play now" at Fiesta Online or Fiesta North America on this list (maybe have to change the language first). If the game doesn't appear in this list you can simply go to the homepages of http://www.fiesta.gamigo.com/de or http://www.fiesta.gamigo.com and click on "register"/"register now"!

7. A new game account registration window will appear.

8. You can choose the same account name like you already use for you new gamigo account or you can choose another one. You are also able to use the same password but it's better to pick a different one!

9. After success of creating your Fiesta EU game account you will be able to download the Enlgish client by clicking on "download". Now Fiesta Online is successfully added to "My gamigo" > "My games" on your gamigo account!

10. After you have downloaded and installed the Fiesta Online client you can login on the Enlgish EU server "Bijou" or into Fiesta North America. Don't panic! The launcher is a bit different from Fiesta North America and you have to insert your data after the game has been started.

Now, after I created the new account I was still unable to login. Then I went over to the acount settings and changed my password. And I was able to login into the game, finally. I hope this guide helps you guys out.

Tl;dr: go to Gamigo website and change your Fiesta password. Can be the same password as your current one.

Yes, I don't know if it's fixed or will it ever be fixed, but if you can't login, you have to "change" your password.
