can't login help

i cant seem to login into the game, it keeps telling my ID or password, is wrong can anybody help?

You will have to message gamigo.
Go to their main website, and wonder over to the forums, create a seperate forum account and message a Mod, SMod, GM, or Admin about your problem with out giving them your password of course.

They lost my old account, so this happens alot.

Make sure you client is all patched. After downloading and installing from steam, you have to run the launcher an let it update it self.

As far as login issues, that would gamigo's problem.

My wife and I had this problem. We simply reset the password and it started working no problem after that.

Same problem, even when I try to reset the password it says they don't match
