Which Server? (New Player)

Hi Guys! would like to ask if which server should i play on(preferrably with the most populated and focused on PVE/PVM and not PVP).

I've been choosing between Isya server and Pagel Server.

i've read that Pagel server is leaning towards to PVM while Isya server is more on PVP?

would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions for this.
