Game crash before running

So heres the go: I click Toy Story 3 to start playing. the exe black screen shows & then crashes instantly. Please help.
I am above the required specs.

search for new windows updates and download and install them then the game will work or well at leasrt it worked for me

I solved this problem disabling unused audio hardwares (right click on audio icon on the windows taskbar, play devices) and setting the general audio quality of Windows to CD Quality (16 bit, 44100Hz), same as the other user do to solve similar problem in Disney Pirates of Caribean (see this link: http://steamcommunity.com/app/300820/discussions/ ). Working fine now!!!!!!! :)
