Hi, to help us look into the freeze / delay issues with your keyboard actions can you please take the following steps. This will give us a better insight into what is happening, specifically, when these delays occur:
Step 1:
Run Pure Pool. Running in windowed mode will help with timing.
Step 2:
Open up the Task Manager and go to the Processes tab.
Step 3:
Play Pure Pool until the game locks (delays occur).
Step 4:
While the game has locked right click on Pure Pool in the task manager and select Create Dump File. (It's important that we get the timing right here as the crash dump tells us what Pure Pool is doing at the time of the lock, so we need to get it while it is locked not before or after.)
Step 5:
Once the crash dump has been created windows will tell you where on your PC the file has been created. Go to there and locate the file PurePool.DMP.
Step 6:
If you can apply a zip compression on the file so that it can be uploaded quicker.
Step 7:
Go to https://www.wetransfer.com/ in your Internet browser of choice.
Select 'take me to free'.
Add the PurePool.DMP.
Email the file to: support@voofoostudios.com.
Your email is whatever you use for your email.
Start the transfer, once this is complete we will receive the file and we'll be able to have a look and see if we can diagnose what is causing this problem.
