Resolution not saving
Not sure why but it seems that the resolution in fullscreen sometimes doesn't save.

Running the game @ 1920x1200 with all options on, the game was fine yesterday but the day before that and today the game starts in 640x480.

I have tried turning various graphics options in the game launcher on and off but nothing seems to work, however after starting the game 10-20 times it will eventually display the right resolution.

Really annoying, anyone else had this issue?

I'm also having this issue...I was playing fine last night with beautiful graphics, then, while holding my middle mouse button, the game minimized to windowed mode, with the window being tiny on my screen. I eventually got it to maximize again by hitting random mouse buttons, but the graphics are terrible. Like you, I've tried to get the 1920x1080 high resolution graphics and have been unable to do so.

So I tried setting it to windowed mode with the lowest resolution, then switching back to 1920x1080. Now the game crashes upon launch every time.

Try Windowed at 1280x720. Works for me. I had a similar issue today. No 1080 but it's not too bad

No offense, but I paid for a game with 1920x1080 HD graphics. I have more than enough computer to run it & I expect it to run. In fact, it did run for several hours before it just switched mid-game to windowed 640x480 on me. Now it won't launch at all.

The development team are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix. As soon as we're able to update you further on this, we'll certainly let you know. In the meantime, if you're able to send a full DxDiag report to our support team for further investigation, this would be extremely helpful. Please email us: info@ripstone.com.

Thanks,
- Ami
If I change any settings at all, even if I change it back to the previous setting before starting the game, when I start the game the graphics will be all jacked up. The reflections especially, like the balls will be glowing like they are on fire and any background light reflection will just be an intense bright light glaring. Have to exit and restart the game several times before it returns to normal. It runs fine at fullscreen 1920 x 1080 60hz with AA V-sync and sounds enabled on an Nvidia GTX-460 and current g-force driver. But if I even un-check then check the AA or v-sync box, when I start the game it will be messed up. Wierd.

The patch didn't fix it, still when I start the game the res I select is not showing. This game will never be fixed, the developer is blowing smoke.

Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble. The resolution issues are being investigated thoroughly by the development team at the moment. This is something they're working to fix as soon as possible.

We'll keep you updated on their progress.
