Thanks.
I had the same problem at 1st but eventually it came good since I have noticed that when I change this Setting in the Registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VooFoo Studios\PurePool\NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 -4318-4544--2078142397-161\__._DISPLAY1
Height = 1080
Width = 1920
----------------------------------------------
Notes:
Check the name of the Video Card in registry as yours may differ...
Also (Use the Decimal Option when Changing Resolution in Registry)
Here is my full regsetting listed below which is running at 1920x1080
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VooFoo Studios\PurePool\NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 -4318-4544--2078142397-161
Windowed = No
WindowHeight = 480
WindowWidth = 640
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VooFoo Studios\PurePool\NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 -4318-4544--2078142397-161\__._DISPLAY1
Enabled = Yes
Height = 1080
RefreshRate = 60
Width = 1920
Fullscreen runing in 1920x1080
Not sure. Tried so many different settings then gave up. Started the game up the next day it opened in full screen at 1080p. Don't know why, but can't complain that it happened. More than likely has something to do with the port from console. When using a mouse to navigate the settings screen we may not be doing it correctly since it is designed to be used with a gamepad. You'll notice how ackword it is to navigate by having to constantly click the back button to go to the previous menu that is already open instead of being able to just click on it as most game allow that are designed with mouse navigation.
It seems that some of the settings are not saving, but if you do a certain sequence it works. I must have unknowningly found the sequence. Jason's solution he found was the one I was looking for. If you can't stumble upon the correct sequence the regedit is the solution.

I have only been able to play at 1920x1080 in fullscreen and by modifying the Windows registry.
