ALL mac keyboards have the alt key labeled as Alt and option.
Also, I wish there was a disclaimer in the in game settings saying that if you wish to change resolutions or view modes, you must do so by holding alt as the game loads.

Apparrently you're limited to a single monitor, or mindset. Either way, in-game video setting configuration is nothing new to games or applications for many, many years and requires no additional documentation or user support, unlike not having it.
Also, I can't find the prefs file that dhasenan mentioned.
